Knolly Williams was a successful music producer who lost his fortune and regained it again when he found real estate. He is an international coach, author and entrepreneur, but more importantly one of the most caring human beings I have ever met.

Knolly Alexander Williams Jr.  was born in Brooklyn NY on Feb 15, 1970. At the age of 12 he began his career in sales and marketing when he began helping his dad (Knolly Sr.) who sold his hand crafted jewelry at the local college and weekly flea market. Soon Knolly Jr. had his own line of products. He sold posters of his favorite signers, along with buttons, candy and other items the local students wanted.

Next Knolly figured out he could take his "lunch money", purchase packs of candy with it and resell the individual pieces to triple his original investment. Knolly has been an avid entrepreneur ever since.

In 1992, (the same year he married Josie) at the age of 22 years old, Knolly raised $1800 in donations from friends and family and launched his first business, a magazine focused on the Christian hip hop scene. Out of that venture Grapetree Records was born, and it grew to become the #1 Christian Rap Label in the world, generating more than $150,000 per month.

After 10 successful years the music industry tanked and Knolly and his wife  lost everything including their elegant 6,000 square foot home, executive office building, private recording studio and 10 acre paradise just outside Austin, TX.

In 2003, at the age of 33, and starting at rock bottom, the Lord once again blessed his endeavors. Knolly grew to become one of the Top 7 real estate agents in Austin, TX (ranked by Austin Business Journal out of more than 9,500 agents and based on actual production). 

Knolly listed and sold more than 1000 houses during his first 10 years in the business, which placed him within the Top 1% of REALTORS in the United States.

About Michael Valdes: 

Michael Valdes is the newly named President of eXp Global at eXp Realty. Previously Michael was the senior vice president of global servicing for Realogy Corporation, one of the world's largest real estate companies and parent to Coldwell Banker, C21 and Sotheby’s.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Valdes was Director of Private Banking at Deutsche Bank for just under a decade where he oversaw a book of business of just under $1 billion. He has the distinction of being the first Director in the United States of Latino descent. Mr. Valdes is the Chair of the AREAA Global Advisory Board and co-host of the 2020 AREAA Global Luxury Summit.
